School of Seven Bells blev dannet i 2007, og var indtil for nylig en Brooklyn trio bestående af Benjamin Curtis samt tvillingesøstrene Alejandra og Claudia Deheza. Det var også den konstellation der i sommers udgav gruppens andet glimrende album, "Disconnect from Desire", hvorfra nedenstående numre er taget. Claudia skulle dog efterfølgende have forladt bandet af personlige årsager.

Ligesom forrige postede Tamaryn, bevæger vi os nok i området omkring shoegaze og dreampop, men School of Seven Bells vil jeg nok kalde noget mere "rytmisk" og udafvendt end Tamaryn.
