Ovre på Keld Bach's weblog er der et udsnit af referatet fra EU's ministerrådsmøde, da lovforslaget om softwarepatenter blev vedtaget. Det er godt nok pinligt - MEGA PINLIGT.

Jeg har aldrig været imponeret over politikeres holdninger til IT-spørgsmål, og er ret overbevist om at det meste må skyldes uvidenhed til emnet. Det gælder i øvrigt ikke kun danske politikere, selvom det her refererede godt nok sætter Danmark i ekstra dårligt lys.

Update 15/6 2004: Synes lige jeg vil klemme et lille link ind til en udtalelse fra Tim Berners-Lee (opfinderen af WWW) omkring softwarepatenter.
